My friend had 3acc he got chatbanned and the other acc closed so be aware and don't make but for GMs it's ok I think as lichess don't ban them but don't make multiple acc

To provide a more solid answer, yes, as long as you have a good reason for them. For example, you could create one account for blindfold playing, one for normal playing, or one for testing out new lines without people watching. As long as you never play yourself to gain rating, you should be fine.
