I can't play anything... Except puzzles

I've browsed the forums checking for why some people can't play. I can't seem to find anything wrong with my account or done anything to disable play for my account.

One of the most common listed was computer assistance, but other than stockfish for post analysis, self training and studies, I don't use engines, and my account has no red flag thingy too since I'm clean.

What I'd like to know is, are there any other reasons why a player like myself could be experiencing this problem?

Try logging out and taking another look at your profile page.

cheating with a tal-engine is still cheating y'know
