How to make the perfect sandwich for lunch or dinner?

Peanut butter on a raisin bagel with bologna, anchovies, and shredded carrots soaked in soy sauce.
Perfect sandwich: bread made from sourdough, some butter, salad, tomato (fresh or I prefer sun dried in olive oil) , some sliced onion, ham, a fried egg and some well matured swss cheese or
irish cheddar.

Hopefully not too much? I don't want the sandwich to get soaking wet.

#1 I prefer an open sandwich made of rugbrød (Danish type of Rye bread)
- add butter on the bread.
- sliced hardboiled egg.
- a little bit of salt (I prefer rock salt, but you can also use happy tears)
- fresh chives.
- mayonnaise.
- shrimps.
- caviar.
- cucumber.

Now wipe away the drooling from your lips and dig in. (Eat with knife and fork)

Somewhat ironic to make something so unkosher with "Jewish" rye, but I'll admit that's good stuff (though I'd typically use a different cheese and just toast it all together).
Not easy to make yourself, but any (meat-eating) sandwich aficionado must experience a proper muffuletta.
