I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I had to give up on a lot
Nice drawings by the way
One idea, if you visit a restaurant that has freshly made salads, or if you have a friend or family member that likes to make salads, if you find one or two ingredients that you like the taste, like raisins or cauliflower, you can try small servings of those ingredients as a snack.

I am now used to eat healthy, even if I like the tast of most veggies, my problem is with sugar free things like coffe hhh
You know what's a healthy snack? The tears of your enemies. If I wanted to eat something that tasted like cardboard, I'd just lick a box.
Fresh and dried fruits are the best snacks. Don't eat sugar free products, avoid sugar and all sweeteners altogether. Avoid processed foods in general, independent of how healthy they claim to be. Fruits and vegetables is the way. Also grains and cereals (I am not saying to go vegan, just talking about snacks).

At first it will suck, all will be insipid and uninspiring. Then you will get used to it, and rediscover the flavor of things.

That is king of aggressive, but research have shown that since the smelling brain region is close to the taste butts region
So if you smell chocolate and eat cardboard, you will taste chocolate
