I have beaten many 2000+, maybe more than 3000+ ( just a guess but many) games I have won against 2000+ even I have beaten 10-12 GMs . lichess.org/IIalvObqTKig

2000+ are easy to beat. Just get them out of book and out play them.

See, it even works on 2359s.
