He sure was the real deal..there was a series on tv in Australia called "Summer Science School".
He was one of a group of top-level scientists who did the lectures.The BIG science debate back then was the two theories of the universe.."Steady State" was the accepted theory at the time..the new kid on the block was "Big Bang"..hardly anyone favoured that.
