say all GM,NM,FM,WCM,WIM,IM,WCM,WNM,CM all to join and if they have a mind they will tell to others join
Maybe send out a team message to all your team members, in it ask what type of tournaments they want. Also tell them to be specific (by that I mean to reply like swiss variant tournament) and maybe ask them to get you more members. Sending out team messages to team members about what they want is a great way to make them enjoy your team, and so that they can get you more members.
