Friend's Team Has Been Closed

This is my friend's team.
It has been closed today.
There were 500+ members. So he is very sad.
Is there a method to know that how the team got closed.

Not really.

If it was closed by mods (we don't know) the creator of the team has to use lichess.org/appeal.
