My wishh is to be the guy who gives my power a side effect.

So the side effects are: invisibility powers, flying powers, healing powers and the power to summon a pizza whenever I want.

Ok, but the invisibility only affects half of your body, you get launched into space when you fly, and your healng powers don't work in space. The pizza also needs to be summoned after you've solved a rubix cube.

I wish to actually be able to sleep.

You didn't give a wish in #17 so I corrupted the side effects you gave :P
