First, for the record: I try to do improv at comedy clubs in LA at least once a month (lotteries sometimes suck -- sometimes I have to go 2 months between insulting and harassing bystanders). Like some people do karaoke or bad acting and drama, I like doing improv comedy to relieve stress. And I've been kicked out of at least one club for violating the "PG-13" policy. (Don Tjernagel is one of my hero's.)
In other words: I'm not part of the
@NeverBeenTimid gang. I'd be happy to entertain y'all in-person; that is, if I knew in advance I'd get a lottery slot and at least one of y'all could get to any one of a number of comedy clubs in LA at any given time. (It's really a hit-or-miss lottery. I'm not even aspiring, I just like to make fun of people on open-mic nights ... I've queued-up and
@mdinnerspace is on the menu.)
For someone who has played chess for 40+ years,
@mdinnerspace sure sounds like a whiny millennial brat. (Disclaimer: Some people would classify me as a millennial; except I hate millennials; I hate my peers; bunch of whiny brats.)
As for the video
@NeverBeenTimid pointed to -- that was posted (on YouTube) on January 1st, 2018. (That's like 3 months ago. Why is someone whining and complaining now?)
I laughed at the (absolute) ABSURDITY; a work of art. (Maybe extremely poor attempt at satire and art, but, all the same, entertaining.) It speaks for itself on this front. Anyone who feels affronted likely has a thorny shrub-or-tree branch permanently lodged up one's arse. (Sorry, I can't and won't help you; it might cause more damage to pull it out than it would for you to see a psychiatrist, who would in turn tell you to go to the hospital instead of sitting in a chair or laying on your backside.)
Comedy, and works of art, do not qualify as either "libel" or "slander" under the law. For something to qualify as legal disparagement, it would need to be intentionally malicious, devoid of humor, represent itself as fact, and be disseminated with the intent of furthering harm (instead of being funny).
An unfortunate fact of life that any attorney would happily tell any paying client. (Any attorney who took money to file a lawsuit against a video like that would probably end-up being reported to his or her state bar association, and potentially face discipline, or be disbarred.)
Thanks for informing us, though, that the other website attorney's will get involved in happily accepting a paying client's money for doing nothing other than watching videos on YouTube and then shrugging: "Deal with it." -- We all look forward to hearing updates on this matter. (As soon as any lawsuit is filed, please provide a link to when and where it was filed, and I'll pull it down and post it so that we can all continue having a good laugh at your expense
@mdinnerspace.)
The worst that could be done is file a DMCA complaint. In which case it gets take down. But, you'd have to be a rights holder, and have copyright violated for this complaint to succeed in the first place. (It's just the law.)
But, still, nobody cares. I saw it. It was funny. I won't forget it. The video may disappear, but the memory will not.
And, for the record, I "proposed" that
@mdinnerspace and
@NeverBeenTimid get married and consummate their lovers quarrels in a private space, such as the bedroom. (Take your frustrations out elsewhere. I know that
@mdinnerspace is anally frustrated, as he proclaims in another thread. I'm sure
@NeverBeenTimid would be happy to straighten things out. Then come and post here so I can have a good laugh at your expense.)

P.S. -- The "anally frustrated" remark is in regards to ...
