An annuity

I would invest it to some parts in my family and me, so to speak increase the quality of living, to the other half I would invest in stocks or funds, so that the money grows. Maybe financial independece would be possible? At least money shouldn't be a major issue.

Also, if it is a million, I see nothing wrong with buying the house and giving something to charity. I mean, do I really need a million for myself?

Payoff debts and max out retirement. Then invest in land.

I would give it for the neediest around the world. I'll win eternal thanks instead of temporary goods.

And prove I can buy happiness only for others, not for ourselves.
