*Do you take people for idiots?

Philosophical questions will be asked over and over.

The question at hand can’t really be answered with statistics, so I consider it a philosophical one.

Annoying as it can be I try to adjust my personal mind set as good as I can before shutting down questions in an attempt to be less destructive. Honest questions deserve to be at least ignored - drawing the line can be tricky, more so on the internet.

As for the „person“ publicly discussed, we are all waiting for original input and expressions of personal opinions obviously. On the other hand I don’t mind the occasional brain teaser as long as it qualifies as one - even tho post quality may deteriorate with larger numbers. Imo the problem OP has is that the mentioned poster is NOT a person with an opinion, a concept to grasp, yet just a completely artificial mask. If you take the art out of artificial and believe smarter people than me who say that art needs to be controversial then you have to say mission accomplished. I’m more leaning towards the opinion that cryptic language is a waste of time but I’m fully aware nobody forces me to read/respond etc to those topics and it might actually be a good way to combat some of my more compulsive features.
My personal opinion is this is online chess. If somebody does cheat, what, do you lose?
You will get the points back you did not pay an entry fee.

No it isn't. Reddit was USED by the OP to source material with which to publicly shame a fellow-user.
I dont recommend using reddit as a social media website where you share issues and your opinions. But rather for entertainment. As far as reddit goes. The people in there just always follow the crowd. No offense for reddit though. They're a good community.
