Well with this definition the answer is clearly no. All our choices are determined by the physical activity of the atoms and electrons in our brains.
@tourdivoire Okay, interesting argument. I'm not actually here to debate myself since I'm hosting the topic, I rather just want to hear what other people have to say.
I mean. I don't personally believe we don't have free will (and I don't believe the opposite either). I am just saying all definitions of free will I have been given are unsatisfactory, for trivial reasons such as the above.

Everything is predetermined, including the choices we make, but we still make our own choices and we're still morally responsible for the choices we make.
I don't care that Becky has anger issues, depression, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and grew up poor.
