Anxiety

@Swedish_Powerhouse and you know that how? Did you travel back in time and have a conversation with each of them? You do realise animals can have sleep disorders too right?
I sometimes have trouble sleeping, I guess why Chess, YouTube and Netflix come in handy. I also find if you exercise early in the morning, and stay active all day, sleep comes easier. Don't eat a few hours before you plan to sleep, turn off all devices before bed, and avoid caffeine drinks (tea, coffee, energy drinks) from about 4pm onwards.

I have had insomnia for more than 15 years but it has become better in recent years now it is not so bad
anymore although not fully healed.

vitamin b6 may help to relieve anxiety and may also help you to sleep better. b6 may also cause you yo dream a lot as you sleep. Take the b6 with a light meal before bedtime.

I try to get rid of negative feelings and excess excitement through distracting my brain like for example playing chess before sleeping. This helps for me.
