Why does magnus not show up on the leaderboard?

Currently, the #1 player that is shown on the lichess bullet leaderboard is Daniel Naroditsky with a rating of 3104, If you look on magnus's profile he is rated 3116, which is clearly higher than daniel's. Magnus used to be #1 on the lichess leaderboard, so why is he not now?

Like if you think the inactivity grace period should be 2 weeks instead of just 1
