Weighted rating gain depending of the remaining clock time.

I've had hundreds of games played against opponents of very similar strength to mine, yet the result both in blitz and bullet was decided on premoving in the last miliseconds left. I think those games which are won on time when you have less than one second left on the clock are quite arbitrary and should be worth less than those won with a nice margin (say 15 seconds left).

So I would like to ask fo a feature that would only add/remove a percentage (60% < 0.5 sec / 70% < 1.5 sec / 80 % < 3 sec / 90 < 5 sec) of the default calculation. This way ratings would reflect more the strength of the moves and less the strength of the mouse.
Flagging is part of the game. If you don't like it, play with increment.
@RapidVariants You didn't get me. I like flagging my oponents. My opinion is that when I flag them with 0.02 seconds left I'm not that strong as if I manage to mate them with 1 minute left.
The fact that flag is always as good as mate incentivizes you to play slightly faster than your opponent. Your proposal would just force would-be flaggers to try to play much faster than their opponents.

Also, berserking would become much riskier.
@RapidVariants Bersrk wouldn't become much riskier since you Berserk for Arena Points and not for rating points. I think the quality of moves should be incentivized over last second premove-rush.
Time controls and time management is just as much part of the game as the moves you make. It makes no sense to weight them different for rating purposes.
