Unable to disable sound and vibrate when being notified in Android app

I adjusted the settings in order to get a notification icon from lichess but I disabled sound and vibrate mode; then I noticed that my Huawei P10 phone would still vibrate and make sound when being notified. I could still disable this behaviour from the internal Android settings (app menu) but I think there is some small bug in the app itself.

You sure you set the settings correctly? I don't think a bug in the lichess app can overrule your phone settings.

Uninstall Android System Webview off playstore. It causes lichess bugs
