Yesterday night, it was above 10. In my country, during the mornings there are not many players in lichess like at night.
"Lichess servers are trash" is a wide statement...could be the servers themselves (their hardware), could be the servers operating system, could be the Lichess software...maybe Lichess representatives could provide facts that in all three Lichess is using "best in class" or "near best in class" @magodellascacchiera

I agree with @magodellascacchiera Be cause what he / she said is completely true. Same thing happened to me a thousand times . I mailed lichess many times in another account but they never saw and fixed the issue they defended themselves by saying something. Of course I agree that lichess is libre and completely free and all but pls fix your problems lichess and be a good website.and lichess gives me message like Lichess is intended to be a pleasant environment for everyone. Offensive language - which includes swearing, abuse, and harassment - is forbidden.

Lichess cannot control the route your traffic is taking. How could they? There seems to be no way to handle the situation differently. The connection is basically your responsibility. You could try using a different provider or some VPN to get a different route.
Just a note on the connectivity bars for mobile - they usually do not correspond to data but to voice connection, but this might have changed with recent network infrastructure. But as others said - even a good connection to the tower means nothing for the connectivity to the internet or a specific region or server.

Hong Kong is not my country, I just put it for fun. I watch some youtube streams of a guy from Hong Kong. So, I did it for fun.
I don't want to reveal my country though, it is a pretty big country.
