Swiss tournaments are on Lichess

@thibault Excited for this, but can't access it. Any insight into why some don't have access to the swiss feature on their team page? I think I reported the issue in more depth around the 10th or 11th page of this thread.
Thanks a lot to the lichess-team for this great new feature!!!

I have one question, what happens if I finish one game quickly, can I spent the waiting time on the analyzing board or in the learning section and will I get a notification automatically when the next round starts as long as I´ m anywhere on lichess?
Later, much later, after everything has been fixed: A result export (cross table, progress table) would be very welcome. But at the moment I am very happy with the beta version. I repeat myself, but I say it again: Great work!

Well, then, if that's what you mean! You have your opinion and I have my opinion! It's all right!
Nevertheless, every system reaches its limits if you exceed them! That's all I wanted to say! No matter how good a system is. And no one can deny that!
And it is yet to be seen how well the Swiss system will work here on Lichess! It is only at the beginning and is a beta version.

I don't think I've expressed any opinion on this matter, nor do I really have one. :) I happily leave the pairing implementation to thibault to be honest.
You were the wrong adressee for that. But you still expressed your opinion, at least indirectly, by constantly writing against me. But it doesn't matter now. Let's leave it at that! @Molurus

I felt it necessary to point out you weren't exactly presenting arguments for anything, in the hope this could become a bit more constructive.

You have your opinion, and that's perfectly fine. If you feel the need to defend that opinion, by all means do. But in that case, I would like to see actual arguments. For instance why you think a swiss tournament with X players fundamentally can't go or shouldn't go beyond Y rounds. I would genuinely be interested in that.

As it appears to me: there are different implementations of it, and some could - potentially - continue forever. Personally I don't have any opinion on which implementation Lichess should have. As I said: I happily leave that to thibault.
