I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report computer analysis bugs, but Stockfish incorrectly reports this position as a draw: lichess.org/analysis/standard/8/8/1k6/8/2K5/1P6/8/8_w_-_- . However, Kb4 is winning for white.
Hmm, that's odd. The desktop version of Stockfish has no problems, with or without tablebases. Even weaker engines that are rated 1700 on the CCRL rating list can find this in less than a second.
The analysis says that the score comes from the cloud. Does "cloud" indicate that the score came from some sort of tablebase lookup, or a manually entered score or something?

#2 I'm guessing Lichess caches some positions but I can't say for sure.
@wavaxa22 yes, lichess caches some common positions so users can see deeper results faster. i assume it was a cache issue (it's been fixed now).
#4 Not fixed for me.
