Stockfish analysis problems with desperado rook

In this game, since the move 39 Stockfish cannot establish certain evaluation of the position.
Before move 39 position is considered winning for black (-3.7)
On move 40 (moves are the same that Stockfish suggests) evaluation shifts to "equal" (-0.1)
Till move 46 everything fine, on move 46 white "made a mistake" and entered lost position.
Move 46.Re2+ is suggested, and after continuing with computer suggestion (46...Kd1 47.Rd2+ Kc1) black is suddenly winning (mate in 7)
Something is definitely wrong with evaluations.
I've got 38. ... Kd4?? evaluation = 0 after I launched local browser evaluation and waited until it got decent depth. Can't tell exact depth (I was making tea), but at 60/99 it shows zero.
46. Re2+ is the way to draw:
46. Re2+ Kd1 47. Rd2+ Kc1 - white can't check on c2, because 48...Nxc2 will be checkmate.
So 48. Rd1+ Kc2 49. Rd2+ Kc3 50. Rxd3+ gets a draw, but Stockfish didn't spot it
Yes 46. Re2+ is the way to a draw. Stockfish spoted it - when I click in the analysis at 46. Re2+ Kd1 47. Rd2+ Kc1 subvariation, evaluation is 0 (evaluation 0.0 in "engine language" means draw).
It occurs often that post-game automatic-analysis doesn't think for long enough to accurately eval positions, especially right when long forcing lines start.

This is one of those occurrences.
