ok so in arena i lost like tons of game 86% lose rate and then i said "whyyyyyyyyyy" in chat but then lichess timed me out for spamming in chat and then my game started and i never even got notified and it never brang me to the game and i lost 7 rating for no reason then i had 0.1 and it said i lost on time, i lost so much rating from both of these, i went from 2100-2000

Guess getting a timeout is not the reason why you didn't see your new game.

I also think that decision was a bit harsh as no spamming was intended and it was 10 "y's" ... 20 or more would be another story ...
