Quoting - only once

I have observed that in one post I can cite a fixed post only once. I wanted to make sure that this is not a bug
and to ask about the reasons of this property of forum.

By fixed post I understand an arbitrary post written in a thread.
I have just quoted a post of @lucky_Nan. Now the button "quote"
is not working - I can not quote here the post of @lucky_Nan again.
That is what I am talking about.

Press quote, type your text and solve the CAPTCHA.

Please listen to the OP very carefully.

Press quote, type your text and solve the CAPTCHA!
@Marcin2 To quote the same # post twice, you need to reload your browser page.
For example, if you quoted a specific post, then you must reload your browser page, to be able to quote the same specific # post.

I think you need glasses.
Read again. This is all plain English. I think you need to back and re-do your ELA classes.

He means that if he clicks quote twice, you can only get 1 quote.

Understand? I don't want to repeat myself.
Good day and bye-bye!
