Note: I’m on iOS. The web app is an upgrade from the installed lichess app on iOS, with some caveats.
1) There does not seem to be any kind of back button. If I click on the player’s name whom I’m playing against, I cannot return to the game simply. I must click a few things and then there seems to be two instances of the same game running (laggy animation, doubled sounds).
2) No clear way to arrange the various analysis windows, the iOS app is much better for this.
3) Maybe I’m not finding it, but I can’t find how to put the web app on vibrate for move notification.
4) Can’t seem to find the “currently online friends” list. A beat feature of the iOS app.
That being said, it’s more responsive and a more pleaseant experience. I tend to use both still, as the iOS app is much better for analysis.
