Prizes for Lichess Titled Tournaments

Cash prizes offer the most incentive. Money talks.
I am wondering if besides money prizes, new and inventive awards might be thought of?

Instead of the traditional cash prizes that steadily keep increasing because more funds become available, why not implement "prizes" along with cash that offer different incentives?

For example: Poker offers satellite tournaments. Win one of these and receive a free entry into a later, bigger event.
What if lichess offers as a reward paid expenses to OTB tournaments? The winners represent lichess in the form of free advertising.

I'm just trying to think of new ways to diversify besides traditional methods. There surely exists innovative incentives besides only paying cash awards, which will always be the main attraction, but recognition and future considerations might also be an incentive that does not have an immediate outlay of $.
I like it. I dunno if it would work, but it sounds cool.
Titled players enter a tournament primarily because of the opportunity it presents of playing other elite players. (Along with lichess unsurpassed reliability and speed.) I don't think many have expectations of winning when the likes of Carlsen are playing, although a few have a slight chance. The incentive is not to win $.

What if the top places were awarded a form of recognition? Participants finishing in the top ten could win automatic qualification into a future super event. Just ideas.
