so when I login this is what page I am referred to . lichess.org/push/subscribe . It is not found 404

My browser is set to remove all cookies when it is closed which logs me out frequently.
Have also noticed I dont get notifications to the forum posts that I have posted in and am subscribed to . I think I used to get that. the little bell at the top of the page has been awful quiet lately.
More than likely I am doing something wrong and someone will come along and set me in the right direction. thanks
