Here's the logic (or lack thereof) behind the set (mostly r/AnarchyChess lore):
* King in pamper, so he can make pipi, (reference to the Pertosian copypasta).
* Queen is OP, a death on the board. She's also the most often summoned piece after the pawn promotion - basically a lich(ess).
* Rooks as FIDE approved bricks, to brick your pipi after you decline the forced en passant.
* Bishop Pear (pun on Pair) - every grandmaster will tell you that it is beneficial to have one.
* Knights as handsome horses, cause that's what they are.
* Pawns as traffic cones, cause they block the development of your pieces and access to your king.
