MISCALCULATION OF GAME RESULT IN TOURNAMENT

During Hourly Blitz Arena, I drew my game when the tournament was going to finish in about 2 minutes. The issue is that instead of adding 1 point for draw the system added 0 to my tournament account.
That was a mutual draw and a few moves were made.
Is this a bug or something i do not know? Thanks in advance for the help.

In tournaments drawn game needs to last at least 10 moves for you to get points.

I thought it was 7 moves.

At the end of my last game my score was miscalculated, in fact I had -124 that is impossible even after a bad defeated

Cris86: If you have a provisional rating that happens when you play someone who's much higher or lower rated than you.
