Losing on time while waiting for opponent move

It has happened to me several times that I'm waiting for my opponent move when suddenly I see the opponent move and my time is over!
Why? I haven't had the chance to make my move....

It could be because you are lagging, and the server didn't recognize it.

Same here, currently unplayable for me, almost after each move I lose several seconds, it's a shame!

This seems to be predominantly be an issue for me in Zen mode. Just played two games without zen mode, no connection issue.

in my case zen mode was always turned off

Hi, must be something else than lag. According to the lag page the server has none and my connection around 35ms, but in almost every game today problems appeared:
- I made a move and both clocks stopped, often a page refresh showed that the move did not come through
- My opponent made no move for some time, but a page refresh showed he moved
- After a page refresh the sound (move notification) often did not work
Not sure if my case is special, but sorry to say that todays status makes blitz cames very hard to play; always pressing the page refresh button is very distracting and does not really work in time pressure situations.

@Cat63 Another important thing to consider is your storage space. Is it under 1 GB or anything like that?
