Maybe he's the same cheater playing with himself hoping others are watching.
Happens sometimes especially in classical. Two cheaters gets paired and since they are "flagged" + have a high rating they are broadcasted on lichess tv
Are you referring to them being paired against one another, or, them being on lichess TV? They are paired because cheaters can only play cheaters. As for lichess TV, I agree with you that it shouldn't happen and that, like lovlas said, it sounds like a bug or a bad feature that they get shown on lichess TV.
This is the second time I've seen this happen in the last 6 months.
