Tried to start a "classical" game and the game aborts with no move being made by anyone. Very strange.
Get off it. I said I use Linux not Winblose. and its been happening at classical or rapid for about 4-6 months.I quit playing except for correspondence.

I have been experiencing this as well. I am on a Mac, but can switch to Windows if it helps. It happens more after a game finishes, or before it starts. Like lank3y experience, except I was in a tournament and the game started with me as white, then got "reconnecting" message and I timed out. lichess warned me against not making a move! lol. Is there a utility I can run to monitor connection issues? I can look it up.
I just finished a game in a tournament, and the reconnecting message lit up. I was concerned my next round would start and I would lose without making a move, so I closed the window and relogged into lichess. No connection issues with a new window!

I just tried with Chrome, and given the number of Firefox users in this thread, it's looking like Firefox has the issue.
Never mind my above comment, happens with Chrome too. Started tournament, then it does its reconnecting crap
I just tried Windows 10 and Edge, not a single reconnect.
