I would like to use [some positions](www.chessprogramming.org/Silent_but_Deadly) I've found in the epd format for fine tuning my chess engine, but I'd like to try them myself first. Is there a way to import them as a study?
Have you tried to copy one line at a time and paste it in a chess gui software that accepts edp files.
This one works to paste a edp file, then save it into a fen or pgn.

Thanks. I could use Arena or CuteChess instead, however I like the lichess GUI. epd files are just a list of fens and I could paste it manually into a study, but 20 positions is a bit daunting.

This sounds like a good project for a browser plugin.
Have you tried ...

Well It works great the above software link and I was able to save a list into a epd file.
Also was able to export to a pgn file.
But the pgn file is not good for lichess because it has no moves.
Invalid PGN
Cannot parse pgn: [11.5]: Invalid chess move

The pgn file does open well with http://www.kvetka.org/
It shows all the 134 positions in the pgn file.
So I saved it using the kvetka gui and it fixed the move to:

Now the whole thing should work. @Sewbacca

Thanks, I am gonna check out epd2diag. It's kind of a bummer that lichess doesn't have this feature.
The study when uploaded should hold max 32 FENs for max 32 lichess chapters.
So when you paste your fens into the epd2diag gui, paste only 32 fens, then save.
The page you gave has 134 fens so it will be 5 pgns and 5 studies.
Each pgn will have to have hold only 32 fens max. @Sewbacca
