Is it possible to abort a game vs a cheater without loosing points?

I created correspondence game and somebody joined it. After a day or so I discover that he is marked as a "This player uses chess computer assistance". Is it possible to abort the game vs a cheater without loosing points?
Is that true even if I resign? I really dont want to waste my time vs a cheater!
I heard that your rating against a cheater is affected, if it's a draw. I.e. you will get rating points back, if you lose against someone to be exposed as a cheater, but not the points that you lose from draw.

I am not absolutely sure, if it's correct though, so it would be great, if someone can confirm this :-)

If yes, does it mean that if you play against someone who do you think is "clearly cheating", but the game goes to a draw... you should just resign instead, if you care about rating?
Games against marked users are unrated. Meaning your rating won't be affected no matter the result.
Somebody IM:ed me and said that if you resign to somebody that is marked a cheater, you will not loos any point. However if he is cleared of that at a later stage you will loose the points in retrorespect.... seems strange to me but he seemed to know what he was talking about.
Ok.. thank you lovlas for the clarification!
