introduction of comment section

This sounds like a great idea, but in practice it's anything but. To see why, check out chess.com. So bad is the issue that I don't even need to reference any particular account. Look at most of anybody!

It ends up being a wall of abuse. But at least on chess.com you can remove the posts.
Here you can't even see the 'notes' friends of friends posts.

Can be a nice idea though if you can filter the posts.

P.S. I love Lichess though

The comment section on chess.com is a shit show of abuse. I don't understand why they keep it and I certainly hope lichess won't implement it.

True, but so can the notes section be on Lichess. It just so happens most people don't write notes.
