How to report a deleted thread?

If a user creates a thread, and immediately delete it.
Then it is no longer possible to report it or it's creator.
Since it doesn't show the name of who started the thread, and it has no report button.

This can become quite troublesome, if someone were to make an inappropriate topic name, share someone's else's private information (example email address) or if they use this to send derogatory insults towards another player.

Example:
lichess.org/forum/off-topic-discussion/ninja-sex

This example could have been a lot worse.

Possible solution:
Perhaps include the report button, even when a thread/post is deleted.
Then we can still report a thread/post, just not the player.
Color me bad, but I think Ninja sex would be awesome! I think internet policing where everyone must be up to snuff on PR is silly. They have a kids setting you can set on your browsers or you can use the cellphone app and hide yourself from most of the chat, or you have a young kid. Personally, the only reason my kids don't know something is they don't ask. When they do, I will explain it. Otherwise I don't see the point in sheltering them if I can explain the details. I can see being mean where people get emotional and heated and insane flaming goes on back and forth, but innocent chit chat where people are just having fun.. I don't understand the need to delete such things. I also would back a channel set up for anything goes if the whiners can't handle the heat. Grow some skin guys. They are just words.

@MorvinGera hmmm... I didn't think about that. Good observation. Thanks.

...But that only works if a thread only has one post.
What if there are 3 post and two people. How to determine who is the creator, and who to report?
