How to find lower-level games to watch?

lichess.org/games/rapid for example only reveals 15 games, and all are high level players. If I want to find other rapid games with less advanced players, I don't know how to find them.

The advanced search function is great --- 1.6 billion ended games that can be searched (including dead games that never got a move off) -- but it doesn't search any live games as far as I can tell.

Any tips appreciated. I couldn't find any useful threads in forum search, sorry.

So should I assume this cant be done?

High level is relative. But you can always look at the lobby and find game queries from 1600 players and follow that I guess.
