Getting a ridiculous warning for behaviour

So I just told my opponent he's being a sore loser for just letting over 7 minutes tick down instead of resigning the game. Then I got a message/warning for my language/behaviour.

This is ridiculous and a good way of making sure a player won't donate to your site.

Up until know I thought it was better to just donate 50 bucks a year to lichess instead of buying a years abo of chesscom, but given that chesscom lets me report players who let the clock tick down instead of resigning and lichess gives me a warning if my opponent does it, I think I will reconsider.
#2 yes, If you think someone has violated Tos or PP then use report
Please elaborate on how I disrespected my opponent. All I told him was he's being a sore loser for letting the clock run down.
Calling your opponent a loser (or sore loser or anything similar) is disrespectful and against chat etiquette. So please don't do it.

That being said, letting your time running out instead of resigning is indeed not allowed either - lichess is monitoring such behaviour, and automated actions such as warnings in the chat or, if done repeatedly, temporary play bans, are carried out.

Regardless of whether such an action was triggered, you are always more than welcome to report this kind of behaviour at lichess.org/report.

Just don't name call or otherwise insult your opponent (or anyone). I know playing against someone who let their time run out instead of resigning was extremely annoying, but nothing positive comes out of it.

Also if you ever believe you received a warning that is clearly wrong, you can visit lichess.org/appeal and follow the instructions - keep in mind though that warnings are just warnings and not restrictions.
@Futstub
You could have asked your opponent in kind words for not letting time run out but the manner which you used isn't acceptable.
And if a player let's time run out, they receive a warning from Lichess.
Also, you could have simply reported the player for doing so.
