To install it, download the zip file, extract it, then create a folder with these files (from the zip file):
timer.js
style.css
options (folder)
manifest.json
Then open chrome's extensions and turn on developer mode, open the created folder, and then click options (setting) in the chrome extension and change from "dials" to "incremental bar".
