Featured on the Lichess Streamers Page, but the stream didn't get picked up on Lichess

Hi,

I am new to streaming and I submitted a youtube stream link for your consideration and I am now featured on the lichess streamers list. (Upper Left Hand Corner "Watch" > "Streamers").

First of all thank you for accepting my proposal. However I don't know how to take it forward from here.

Excited at having been picked up by Lichess, I did a live stream, but it didn't get tracked/featured by Lichess.

I even went into the streamers page as I was streaming and some streamers who were streaming live had "Live" written across their names on that page, but there was nothing like that written on my name on the streamers page.

So request your help in this regard. What did I do wrong, and how to ensure that when I stream it gets featured on Lichess?

Did you have lichess.org in the title?

There's a bug, lots of us are having this problem, even with lichess.org in the title. I haven't had a single stream show up since being approved nearly a week ago.

I have the same problem and I wrote lichess.org on the title.

did you use exactly «lichess.org» in the stream title?

Yep, every time I've streamed. You can see the title on my channel - www.twitch.tv/Oracleandwit . Obviously if I'm doing something wrong I'd be happy to correct it.

Sooooo. In the streamer application the "Your Twitch username or URL" field need to be only small letters. lovlas not Lovlas.

Also you need "lichess.org" in the streaming title.

there's a weird twitch thing where a stream cannot be picked up as being live if the username isn't entirely in lowercase (like, "Oracleandwit" should be "oracleandwit").

that field should be forced to be lowercase to prevent people from running into this issue, but it's not been done yet.
so, tldr; if you are having problems, make the capitalization of your twitch id all lowercase. (Oracleandwit -> oracleandwit, alphaChess01 -> alphachess01, etc)

Ok, thanks - that sounds like a lichess bug though if it's simply not recognising valid usernames? Also @lovlas not sure what you mean about the title of the stream as mine has lichess.org right at the start?
