[Feature] Match 1 vs 1 with time bank

Hello.

I would like to propose a new feature.
Match between two players with a time bank.

In my opinion it should be availabe when you challenge a player.
After first game is finished there should be 30s max to start a next game otherwise game should start automatically.

For example.
Time bank: 60 min. Time control: 3+0.

Why force people into joining games?

This sounds similar to playing in a tournament, but having only 2 players and allowing rematch pairings.

Recently I tested this option and there are few problems:
1. there is 25-30 seconds delay between games (time to get new pairings) - and this could be acceptable
2. when last player pause his participation tournament is automatically finished

Ad. 2
If both players want to play fully match it's fine. But if the match is part of long-term tournament it will be problematic.
Player who won first game can simply pause and he will be signed as tournament winner.

I want to create something similar to lichess4545 - external long-term tournament. Players will be playing matches with time bank. And this feature will help a lot.

I hate players who escape after one lost. Of course it could be a option, nobody is forcing anyone to play in this mode.

I like this "one on one ring"
It could be in time or numbers of games played.
