Engine never loads

Unfortunately, I have the same problem - using Comodo Dragon

It's happening for me right now with Chrome 60.0.3112.90 and Stockfish 8 ASMJS. It has no problem doing a computer analysis of a whole game but sits there "loading" when I want to know what's the best move to be played after I make a move deviating from that played in the game under analysis. Also, this only started happening today.

Me too, Firefox 45.9.0 on Linux Stockfish 8 ASMJS. The analysis engine is not loading after completing a tactic. The web developer console says: ""Attempting to create a worker from an empty source, this is probably unintentional".

I'm on a MacBook Pro 2016 w/Touch Bar, OS Version 10.12.5.

Engine doesn't load when using Safari (10.1.1) only. Chrome works just fine.

I have the same issue using Firefox ESR 52.3 on openSuse 42.3.
The terminal of Firefox gives the following output:

SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list stockfish.js:18:60

If I take a look to the source via

then this is the last line of the output:

Any ideas how to fix it?

On the last version of Mac OS and Safari, stockfish never load again. Will try with Chrome to see if it work.

It seems to be fixed now... Actually I did nothing.

Stockfish engine is not loading at all when analyzing games. As one user reported earlier (some six months ago), engine is working OK when it analyzes a whole game, but it gets stucked when it comes to analyze a single move. What is happening? I have been having this problem since yesterday (2/10/17).
