Custom pairing system broken

This problem has already been raised in Spanish, just thought I would reiterate in English to maybe give it more exposure.

The custom pairing system seems to be broken. I play with the custom +0/+100 range (my rating is ~ 2150) and I have been paired many times with 1700+, even with a 850 once.
