I'm thinking about creating a YouTube and Twitch channel to stream my games and (more specifically) just to have some fun. But I'd rather not do that with my primary account. The intention is to have two accounts, one for personal non-streamed games and another tied to the channels and for streaming. Is it allowed to create another account just for that purpose?
