couldn ́t move any piece during a game

So i was playing a rated game against someone, and for some reason after his move i couldn ́t move any of my pieces, which made me lose the game, anything that can be done about this so it doesn ́t happen again ? :)
i was playing on laptop if that helps

Could you see the pieces? if you couldn't you probably activated blindfold chess

also where you using a separate mouse cause maybe it malfunctioned

yeah i could see all the pieces, not sure what blindfolded chess is or how to activate it ,
and no , using touchpad which works
