Bug - sometimes no sound and no game start warning

And i losing the game because i didn't know it began. It happens not every time, only some times. If i see game start and if no sound, i need to refresh window few times to get sound. Is this problem on my side or someone else noticed it too?

It happens sometimes. It's not a big deal. It happens to me sometimes. But, it's rare, so, don't worry about it too much. If it happens on a regular basis, then you should report it.

I would not worry if i did not lose the rating because of this bug.
Actually i make quick analysis after each game, while waiting opponent. So this bug happens quite often and i'm losing the rating

Yesterday i reinstalled Windows 8.1 and google Chrome browser, but i still lose sound. Some times i need to refresh 15-20 times after each move, to get a sound, and often i losing this games, because of trying to refresh.

It sounds like an internet connection problem. Next time it happens, click on your username at the top-right corner, and post the number next to "PING".

Seems like your internet is fast. I don't know what the problem could be.

Same problem. It has been happening for two years occasionally. Windows 7, Chrome. Nothing appears in the console.

Last two days sound works good, no issues detected. I would like to hope that this bug is gone.
