It used to be that you could to a player's profile and block them. Now, however, I no longer see any block button.
Perhaps you have blocked too many people? I still see it:

I blocked no more than 5. Anyway, I now I see what the problem was. My ad blocker was blocking that button for some reason. I disabled it for lichess and now it's back.
