ban a person from a team

it would be good if a person we want could never enter the team page also.i know a team stealer who always spectates my team
and ask us to make him a leader.its ofcourse to block him ,but i am scared if he enters any leaders account.it would be hence good that the team leaders have a right to ban certain people entering the team page.
