I played a guy named @WindandWaves， he keeps resigning games in tournament because he doesn't want to play me. These people should be banned. I can see if somebody is sandbagging in tournament, it would be unfair to other people. And it's not like I beat him 100-0, the score is 5-2. There is no point in resigning. If people don't want to play a certain person, then don't bother even playing in tournaments.
