Artificially increases/deceases their rating?

One of my very respected and senior chess player, who is long time member on lichess, recently played hundreds of casual games and few rated games with his student. His account labelled as above ..... Can any body tell me the list of acts that comes under this label ??
@Badeshah He's probably losing games on purpose; resigning in winning positions; losing against much lower rated opponents etc.
Tell him to contact mods by himself for appeal.
Dont do sparring with students in rated games. (Playing full strength vs anyone is fine)
@drmrboss he games he lost deliberately to student was all casual .... the games he won were all played with full strength .... my question is .... is losing deliberately in casual games for teaching purpose is wrong and person should get this BAN???
@Badeshah yes, it's called "sandbagging". He must have forgotten to read the rules of the site he signed up to, or believed he was above them, or something. I believe the rule applies to rated and unrated games. Perhaps a mod/dev can confirm.

Why am I flagged for artificial rating manipulation (sandbagging and boosting) or computer assistance?
Lichess has strong detection methods and a very thorough process for reviewing all the evidence and making a decision. The process often involves many moderators and can take a long time. Other than the mark itself, we will not go into details about evidence or the decision making process for individual cases. Doing so would make it easier to avoid detection in the future, and be an invitation to unproductive debates. That time and effort is better spent on other important cases. Users can appeal by emailing contact@lichess.org, but decisions are rarely overturned.

@Doofenshmirtz that is not mentioned any where that you can not teach mate pattern in casual games to students ..... what is wrong will losing in casual game .... this is not "losing on purpose" no change in rating, no tournament point gain ..... lichess should look into it
how does someone Artificially increase their rating. do they like beg their opponent to resign
@Badeshah , I dont believe your assumption.

If he lose/win in causal games only, it wont count as rating manipulation.

The punishment is due to " rating manipulation in rated games", for whatever reasons.
