Annual payment

@thibault -- Donation made via Paypal: $200 USD . In the end it amounted to a bit more than $250CAD, but no worries + now really ready for my wings. :) Hope others are inspired to follow suit, of course according to their means and desire.

Thanks for everything, to you personally and to the entire Lichess team.
"Hope others are inspired to follow suit ..."

Yes, now I definitely am! :)

I never knew this Lifetime Patron status was even a thing, so the next thing I'll do in May is to donate 150 bucks.

(they should tell others about it, not just in this thread)
I have been paying money to chessbase and chess24. I am constantly angry about the amounts of bugs. Although these have been acknowledged, they are not fixed. I found lichess just a little while ago and l am loving it. The interface is clean and it is very well build, I have not encountered any bug (yet). I will cancel my subscription to the payed chess sites. Becoming a lifetime patron is my way of congratulating @thibault and the team for their awesome work.
There is definitely a big bug left in Lichess: I lose too many games. Can this please be fixed? *SighAndGone*
Hello dear thibault and rest of amazing LiChess team, I just sent 200$ your way in appreciation of this amazing site. Will you do me the honour of granting me lifetime Wings in return?
Thank you kind sir, I will wear them with pride and encourage everyone to contribute. Small or large, all donations help!
@thibault -- Hi + thanks again for this wonderful site.

My donation of US $200 was made via Paypal a couple weeks ago (see #21 above) + I was hoping for the permanent / lifetime wings, as discussed above.

However, on my Patron page, it says that "You have a Patron account until May 26, 2018. If not renewed, you will then be downgraded to free."

I'm not sure if this is an omission or perhaps a mistake by the automated patron system, but could this be looked at and corrected, please?

Thanks a lot.
That's just a display bug that I will fix ASAP, @Pashut. The system was not designed for lifetime so it's still a bit of a hack :D
